Programming Intern (March - June)

Interns should be Macintosh computer literate, have excellent writing and communication skills and be very flexible with a sense of humor. Weekend meetings may be required.

In the Programming department interns may:

• 

Research detailed film and filmmaker information on film

• 

Write filmmaker biographies and film descriptions and synopsis

• 

Work with film committee to correspond with film submission contacts

• 

View short film submissions and assist the short film program committee

• 

Work with Festival programmers on administration of festival programming

• 

Develop marketing proposals for individual films targeted towards special interest groups

• 

Administer Review Database

• 

Coordinate communication and correspondence with filmmakers and contacts
