Types of Packages
Cinematic Six-Packs
$57 (SIFF Supporters $51)
- Includes admission to any 6 regular screenings priced $11 or less
- Ticket limit: 1 per film
Film Buff 20 Packs
$160
- Includes admission to any 20 regular screenings priced $11 or less
- Ticket limit: 2 tickets per film, depending on individual ticket availability
Student and Senior Reel Deals
$35 (Valid ID required)
- Includes admission to any 5 regular screenings priced $11 or less
- Ticket limit: 1 per film
- Students and/or Seniors (65 and older) must present a valid ID
- Must be purchased in person at any SIFF Pass and Ticketing Box Offices
Gala Screenings, Tributes, and other special events are not eligible for ticket package discounts
Redeeming a Ticket Package Online
(Cinematic 6-Pack and Film Buff 20-Pack only)
- Log in to the account that purchased the package.
- Click on Shop -> Pass & Packages -> Redeem Package
- Select the package you wish to redeem.
- Select films by title or screening code.
- Select the number of tickets. 6 packs are limited to 1 ticket per film. 20 packs are limited to 2 tickets per film.
- At this point, you may continue selecting/redeeming. Note: You may make only one selection at a time. Do not hit the "Back" button on your browser.

If you've selected all your films, click "Finished" to review your Cart.
- From the Cart, click "Checkout" to complete your transaction.
- On the final Checkout step, please review your order closely. This is your last chance to check dates and showtimes.
- Click "Place Order." You will receive an on-screen and email confirmation of your order. Please bring this with you to any Will Call station along with a valid photo ID.

Note: For packages purchased prior to May 8, your order balance will be adjusted as vouchers are redeemed to reflect the dollar amount you have used and the dollar amount remaining in the original purchase.
If you are purchasing and redeeming at the same time, the balance adjustment will reflect the current order.
Buying a Ticket Package Online
You do not need to be a SIFF Group Member to purchase packages online. Purchasing a package online is a two-part process.
1. You must first purchase the package(s) and complete the Checkout process.
- Log in or Register.
- Click on Shop -> Pass & Packages -> Buy Package
- Select the package and quantity you wish to purchase
- When you've added all your items, proceed to Checkout.
- Once your order is complete, you may redeem your package(s) at any time.
2. Then follow the Redeem a Package process outlined above to select your films.

Redeeming Single Ticket Vouchers Online
For a voucher to be valid online, it must have an 11-digit alpha/numeric code printed above the words "Ticket Voucher."
The following vouchers may be redeemed online:
- Unselected vouchers from previously purchased 2008 Six-Packs, 20-Packs, and Student/Senior 5-Packs.
- Volunteer Vouchers earned during the 2008 Festival.
(Sorry, Volunteer Vouchers from SIFF 2007 and SIFF Supporter Vouchers cannot be redeemed online this year.)
Instructions:
- Log in or Register.
- Browse the Festival to find a film you'd like to see.
- Select the desired film.
- On the film's detail page, click "Buy Tickets" for the screening you want.
- On the next screen, enter your voucher number in the "Redeem Voucher" field and click "Redeem." You do not need to select a quantity.
- At this point, you may continue browsing for films.

To proceed to Checkout, click "Cart" at the top of the screen. The cart subtotal will reflect all your films combined, minus the films purchased with vouchers.
- From the Cart, click "Checkout" to complete your transaction.
- You will be asked to confirm your billing information whether or not your balance is $0. Click "Confirm" to proceed. Note: There is no service charge for $0 (all-voucher) orders.
- On the final Checkout step, please review your order closely. This is your last chance to change your order. Remember, there are no refunds or exchanges.
- Click "Place Order." You will receive an on-screen and email confirmation of your order. Please bring this with you to any Will Call station along with a valid photo ID.
