Sponsors and marketing partners may receive print recognition in Cinema Seattle’s quarterly newsletter, Reel News.
Banners are hung up and down major business corridors for six weeks during the staging and execution of SIFF.
One-sheet posters are produced and displayed at theatres, ticket locations and business venues around the Puget Sound.
SIFF 2003 partnered with a variety of local, regional, national and international publications and trade magazines
to bring the Festival to the global film community and audience. Past print media partners have included: New York
Times, The Hollywood Reporter, Seattle Times, the Stranger, Seattle Weekly, Seattle Magazine, Variety, Movieline,
Esquire Magazine, Gourmet Magazine, Men’s Journal, Premiere, Where Magazine and Newsweek.
More than 2 million people visit our very popular website during festival times. Festival information and ticket
sales are a popular feature of the site.
A monthly newsletter called CinEmail is distributed via email to festival members and subscribers. CinEmail
offers the most up-to-date SIFF news.
Press releases are sent out to local, regional, national and international media regarding SIFF’s films, special
events and other offerings.
Public Recognition and Acknowledgement
Sponsors receive public recognition and thanks at the Press Launch, Opening Night, Centerpiece, Tribute, Individual
Sponsored Screenings and Closing Night.
SIFF produces radio spots for broadcast on local and public radio stations which may be tagged with sponsor
SIFF produces television spots for broadcast that may be tagged with sponsor identification.
Brands and companies can create on-site presence and awareness in high traffic VIP/filmmaker areas such as the W
Hotel’s Guest & Industry Suite, Filmmaker Parties and official Box Office.
VIP/Filmmaker Festival Bags
SIFF sponsors may distribute material such as a marketing collateral piece, bounce-back coupons and special offers, as well as sampling items as part of their sponsorship package.
SIFF sponsors may place signs on banners in high-traffic areas at designated screenings or receptions.
Reception Gift Bags
Sponsors have the opportunity to provide collateral, promotional items and samples in the gift bags distributed at Opening Night and Closing Night, as well as other special event opportunities through-out the three week festival.
