Shortly after noon on September 11th, 2001 retired FDNY Firefighter and independent filmmaker Mike Lennon arrived at the site of the World Trade Center. After two hellish weeks of digging for survivors, he grabbed his camera and began filming and interviewing firemen and their families. “Brothers on Holy Ground” is a film that intimately reveals the hidden agony and unbridled pride that lies behind firehouse doors.
