A man too small, a boy too tall and a wayward girl meet by chance in a seaside town near Naples. The slightly sinister yet suave dwarf is a taxidermist with underworld connections. Oh, and he’s gay. He gives the animal-loving boy a job, but trouble rears it head as the girl insinuates her way into their lives. A compelling mix of unfulfilled dreams and frustrated desire that still allows the characters their innate dignity.
